The highlights for this 7 day safari on the southern parts of Kenya is the Big five wildlife which can be found in plenty in the two destinations. Plus, you will get a chance to mingle with the nomadic Maasai community and experience first hand their lifestyle and livelihood as they live side by side with the wildlife.
Day 1: Fairmont Norfolk Hotel – Nairobi
- Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, met and assisted by our representative. Transfer to your hotel. Overnight at The Fairmont Norfolk Hotel (BB).
Day 2: Tortilis Camp – Amboseli National Park
- After breakfast, transfer to Wilson Airport for your morning scheduled flight to the Amboseli National Park lying below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. Met on arrival and transferred to your lodge. Morning and afternoon shared game drives. Meals and overnight at Tortilis Camp (LDBB).
Day 3: Tortilis Camp – Amboseli National Park
- Day spent in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon shared game drives. Meals and overnight at Tortilis Camp (LDBB).
Day 4: Governors Camp – Masai Mara Game Reserve
- After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for morning scheduled flight via Nairobi to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Met on arrival and transferred to your camp. Afternoon shared game drives conducted by the camp. Meals and overnight at Governors’ Camp (LDBB).
Day 5: Governors Camp – Masai Mara Game Reserve
- Day spent in Mara with morning and afternoon shared game drives. Meals and overnight at Governors’ Camp (LDBB).
Day 6: Governors Camp – Masai Mara Game Reserve
- Day spent in Mara with morning and afternoon shared game drives. Meals and overnight at Governors’ Camp (LDBB).
Day 7: Depart
- After final game drive and breakfast, take a mid-morning flight to Nairobi. Met on arrival Wilson Airport and transferred to Jomo Kenyatta Airport for your homeward bound flight. You may book an optional day room before your flight back home or extend your stay with a beach holiday.
